yes! If you can think of a good idea that is not overdone go for it!

Yes, we will discuss and plan the whole entrance ahead of time that way everything is exactly how you want it
Can you plan a special entrance for me that isn't a typical entrance?
Depends on what you want. ask us what you are thinking about doing and we will discuss it to see if it can be done in your venue.
Can I have uplighting for my sweet sixteen do people normally do that? and how expensive is it?
Of course you can people have uplighting for s16s all the time. Uplighting packages are customized to your venue so pricing varies.
Can i plan my party and select my playlist on your website?
Yes you will get your own account  when you book with us that allows you to do any planning you wish to do online.
I don't want to plan my party online can I do it through email or over the phone?
Of course!  We actually prefer to help you plan your party like that.
I want extra people on the dancefloor dancing with us pumping up my party do you offer that?
Yes, it is an add-on service we offer for larger parties.  Ask about it when you get your quote.
I want my friends to make music requests online in advance when they rsvp so i can approve their requests is this possible?
Yes, we offer both guest rsvp and advanced music request services in on our website as add-ons if you want them.

Candle Ceremony: how to guide

Why should I do a Candle Ceremony?
The purpose of a Candle Ceremony is basically to thank those around you for being amazing people in your life up to now!

Typical order for a Sweet 16 Candle Lighting Ceremony:
- 1: parents
- 2: siblings or grandparents
- 3 through 6: other family members of your choice
- 7 through 14: friends of your choice
- 15: your best friend/ friends
- 16: boyfriend or a best guy friend


* Using a candle to honor someone unable to attend or not around anymore is extremely common.  So pick the most important and influential people in your life when you decide who you are doing!

Speeches:

You write a small speech for each candle.  This speech is to acknowledge why they are being honored for that candle.  Many girls also like to include a short story about a few favorite memories with this person.
*keep in mind when writing this you will want to make each one short yet as meaningful as possible!  The more time you spend on candles the less time you get to party!


Candle Holder:

You will want to select an individual to hold the candle and microphone when you aren't using each item throughout the ceremony.  This person can be anyone.  Often times at upscale venues the maitre'd or another employee will automatically do this for you.  If we have multiple people DJing your party one of them will help you with this.

Basic Ceremony Order:

Repeat for each candle:
1) READ SPEECH
2) ASK PERSON/PEOPLE TO COME LIGHT CANDLE #() WITH YOU
3) DJ WILL PLAY SONG FOR CANDLE #()
4) SWITCH CANDLE AND MICROPHONE W/ YOUR HELPER
5) LIGHT CANDLE WITH THE PERSON/PEOPLE YOU ARE HONORING

    *you both hold the candle together
6) PAUSE FOR PICTURES (there will be lots of pictures)

     *laugh, cry, kiss, hug, dance etc.* do whatever you want it's YOUR party!
7) DJ FADES OUT THE MUSIC AS THEY WALK BACK TO THEIR SEAT/S
